Initially applied surface should be cleaned from other items and old paint. Panexter should be applied on the surface with spatula. The first coat should be completely dry when the second coat is applied. After it easily dries, priming is done with Panda Primer or Panbinder. Then any interior and exterior paint may be applied on it. Panexter is sold ready for use. No thinning is needed.
Temperature on the Panexter-applied surface should be between 5-35°C.
